John Kendrick Ball, Age 25

John was born in Dawley but had enlisted at Longton, Stoke on Trent.

He was killed in action on the 2^nd Nov 1917 and is remembered on the Tyne Cot memorial Panels 92 & 93

Notes: John’s parents were Mr. John Davies Ball and Caroline Ball, they were publicans of The Vine Inn, 80 George Street, Sandford Hill, Longton, Stoke-On-Trent, and John Kendrick Ball worked as a “Beer Housekeeper Assistant” in the 1911 census.
